Kizhaay Anishinaabe Niin

I am a kind manThe Kizhaay Anishinaabe Niin (I Am A Kind Man) program is designed to engage Aboriginal men and male youth in ending all forms of violence towards Aboriginal women. Based upon the Seven Grandfather Teachings, clients and participants are able to reclaim and revitalize their traditional roles and responsibilities to increase their own personal well being and foster overall community wellness.

The program is aimed at male youth and adults 13 years and older and empowers participants to be positive male role models in their families and communities through acknowledging and understanding their traditional roles as men. Men and male youth will learn the necessary skills to be healthy individuals and relationship partners.
