Our Cultural Support Programs ensures the effective delivery of cultural resources to urban Indigenous people with the primary focus being on children’s youth and families, fostering a strong sense of well-being and positive Indigenous identity.

We offer a variety of services and programs for all members of our community.

Program Goals

  • Providing and facilitating access to traditional teachings and ceremonies in a safe and acceptable environment
  • Language support
  • Cultural based healing
  • Work with Elders and traditional people as required using a prevention lens to meet the needs of the community

Culture Focused Programs

Early Years Program provides children and families with Indigenous cultural teachings and knowledge; traditional songs, dancing, and drumming will incorporate language and movement into the child’s learning experience.

W.O.L.F Camps are designed to reach out to Indigenous people and (re)connect them to their culture/cultural identity.

Our Cultural Resources will ensure the effective delivery of the Cultural Resource program to urban Indigenous people, with the primary focus being children, youth and families, fostering a strong sense of well-being and positive Indigenous identity.

We also offer community cultural awareness training available to all members of our community.
