Yoga (Mental Health and Addictions)

Nogo Thursday Morning Yoga.

Join us for Yoga practice every Thursday. All levels of experience are welcome.  The sessions will include movements / poses, breathing and meditative techniques.  The benefits of Yoga are well documented and include positive changes in stress levels,  anxiety, strength & flexibility.
