Mindfulness and Meditation for Anxiety and Pain (Mental Health and Addictions)
Weekly exercises will guide members through mindfulness exercises, distress tolerance, emotion regulation and interpersonal effectiveness skills. Developing a more focused awareness of personal triggers and habitual reactions helps create a pause in an otherwise automatic process. This program teaches its members to teach themselves how to control and rise above their painful experiences.
